Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and AxiomGrid Tech (OPC) Private Limited, 182, Mahatma Society, Kothrud, Pune, India 411038 (“we”) for using Parichay. By signing in, you accept them.
What Parichay is
A private directory for communities you already belong to — your society, your batch, your club. We host the software. We do not run your communities, vouch for members, or vet the professionals people recommend.
Your account
- You need a working phone number and must be at least 18.
- One account per person. Use your real name — the entire point is that people recognise you.
- Keep access to your number secure; anyone who receives your code can sign in as you.
How to behave here
These groups are made of neighbours, classmates and colleagues. Accordingly:
- Do not send connection requests in bulk, or use Parichay to advertise, recruit at scale, or push a product.
- Do not misrepresent who you are or what you do.
- Do not harass anyone, or contact someone who declined or blocked you.
- Do not copy, scrape or republish the member directory. It is not yours to redistribute.
- Do not post anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to share.
- Only add someone's business contact to a Trusted list if they would welcome the work.
If you run a community
Admins decide who joins, can remove members, and can publish a community's board or Trusted list. Those are real responsibilities: tell your members what you have switched on, review reports fairly, and do not use the member list for anything the members did not sign up for.
What you post
Your content stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store it and show it to the people you chose — nothing more. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it. You are responsible for what you post.
Enforcement
Community admins moderate their own communities. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, and for serious cases — harassment, fraud, scraping — we will do so without warning. You can stop using Parichay and delete your account at any time.
Things we cannot promise
Parichay is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption, that a member is who they claim to be, or that a recommended professional will do good work. Meeting people carries ordinary real-world risk; use the judgement you would use anywhere else.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Parichay, or from your dealings with other members. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Parichay after that means you accept the new version.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
